I. DEFINITIONS

The term  "SITE" shall be considered as service in the Internet network under the address www.stegu.pl and other redirecting stegu domains as well as all functions and tools accessed by the said service. The "USER"   shall deem each and every person who makes any use of the Site.

II. PURPOSE

The purpose of the Site is to provide information, inspiration, knowledge and assistance  in obtaining necessary  data and contact with the company, opportunity of free download and print-out of  documents.

All content of the Site is owned by STEGU sp. z o.o. seated at Jelowa  / near Opole/ ul. Dworcowa 8, NIP 991-00-76-849 , REGON 532411814, share capital of 465.000 PLN,  the District Court in  Opole VIII  Commercial Department KRS, KRS No. 0000174827 in further part  referred to as "STEGU" Sp. z o.o.  All copyright and other property of any elements  accessed from  the Site (text, graphics, layout, etc.) are reserved.  The site and all its  elements undergo   legal regulations including but not limited to  the Act of 4 February  1994 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights  (consolidated text Dz. U.00.80.904 as amended) and the Act of 16 April 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition (Dz.U.93.47.211  as amended).

IV. TRADEMARK

The www.stegu.pl address as well as other signs used on the websites are considered as trademark in accordance with the Act of 30 June 2000 on Industrial Property Law  (Dz.U. 01.49.508 as amended)  and the Act of 16 April 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition  (Dz.U.93.47.211 as amended).

V. INFORMATION

Information included in the Site may be up- dated with some delay. STEGU Sp. z o.o.  shall not be liable for any errors  or defects on the Site.  Data presented  on the Site  shall not be deemed an offer  in accordance with  Art.  66, Art. 661  and other  provisions of the Civil Code  and binding for STEGU Sp. z o.o. STEGU Sp. z o.o.  shall not  take any responsibility  for the content placed on the Site by third parties.  In the frame of continuous improvement of the products  regarding the market  and legal requirements  STEGU Sp. z o.o.  reserves its right to introduce amendments  to  the composition and visual apparal of the products without changing  their general character any time convenient .  All products are sold in boxes for an individual assembly.  The dimensions of  tiles, corners and other elements  that constitute an offer of  STEGU Sp. z o.o.  s are only approximate values  due to their manual production. Hand  cast decorative tiles and finishing elements  deliberately  differ in size and shades to preserve their natural  character.

Materials presented has visual character only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Dimensions, weights, colors, etc. of products has  estimate character only.
Caution:  The tiles shall be verified prior to installation! The company shall not be liable for inappropriate installation of tiles or finishing and decorative elements.  The company shall not respond to any complaints  regarding size and colour after installation.

VI. CORRESPONDENCE

Any communication sent to STEGU sp. z o.o is delivered  as  unordered  correspondence and  shall not be treated as private or confidential.  STEGU sp. z o.o dismisses itself from the obligation to answer the said correspondence.  The Site users commit themselves  not to  take any actions to send information of illegal contents.

VII. PERSONAL DATA

In the frame of the Site activity STEGU sp. z o.o.  has an opportunity  to collect and process personal data  for trading and  marketing  purposes.  Data is processed in respect of Polish legal regulations and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data. The users of the Site shall be informed on the privacy policy.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

While using / entering of the Site shall be deem an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy  and  obligation to follow them.  It is required to be familiarized with the Terms and Conditions , any claims  arising out lack of knowledge of the said document will be considered negatively. The user assures that he will  use the  Site (both regarding data reception and delivery) exclusively  in accordance with enforceable law, abiding principles of community life and in respect to intellectual property rights. STEGU sp. z o.o  shall disclaim all liability regarding any direct or indirect harm arising out of using the websites of www.stegu.pl.  The service is toll free.  The company  reserves the right to introduce alternations to this terms and Conditions and Privacy policy. New contents of the terms and Conditions shall be provided  on the website and binding at the moment of its entering. STEGU sp. z o.o shall have the right to take final decision  regarding the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions  and Privacy Policy.  This Terms and Conditions is available to all users of the Site, which can be free accessed and download via the Internet .
